Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Home Lending Assistant in Beverly Hills to support home lending advisors and enhance the customer experience during the loan process. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside a strong background in mortgage loan processing.

You will manage initial inquiries, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate is needed, along with four years in mortgage processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• A minimum of four years’ work experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Intermediate computer skills (familiar with MS Office products or similar software).
• Excellent customer service skills and organization.
• Ability to maintain quality and productivity when dealing with customers and changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiry calls for prequalification and facilitate the loan process.
• Proactively review complex files and manage the loan pipeline.
• Act as liaison between Home Lending Advisors and various stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to buyers, sellers, and realtors.
