Job summary

Flat Branch Mortgage Inc in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support Senior Mortgage Bankers in origination of residential loans. You will facilitate data processing, review documents, and ensure timely submissions to the Operations Department.

You will work behind the scenes with SMBs to follow protocol and develop an efficient workflow, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage loans/LOA role is required.
• Technical proficiencies with various software programs are desired.
• Extreme attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written are required.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with Flat Branch Operations Staff (Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, Shipping, Secondary).
• Establish and implement marketing strategies to drive business development and build client relationships.
• Manage Top of Mind data entry, campaigns, emails, calls and related tasks.
• Create and manage procedures to maximize team efficiency and provide tools for pipeline progression.
• Gather, analyze, upload and label documents into the Encompass e-folder.
• Timely follow-up of critical documents to facilitate closings.
• Data entry, facilitating credit pulls, running DU/LP and GUS through LOS.
• Set appointments and organize business gatherings as needed.
• Enhance relationships with clients and referral partners via marketing documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
