Job summary

OMB Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Assistant Processor to support mortgage lending operations. The role involves preparing and filing home loan applications, setting up loan files, ordering appraisals and titles, and contacting customers for supporting documents.

Office location is Springfield, MO with standard hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed based on loan volume. Entry-level opportunity with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in finance or business administration.
• 1–2 years of banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage lending support staff with preparation and filing of home loan applications.
• Set up loan files, order appraisals and titles, and contact customers for supporting documents.
• Prepare disclosure notifications based on funding source.
