Job summary

NBH Bank in Dallas seeks an experienced Senior Relationship Assistant to support Relationship Officers and Banking Center leadership in loan production, portfolio management, and client service goals.

The role requires coordinating loan workflow, reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, and communicating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth lending operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years banking, commercial lending, or loan operations experience.
• Experience reviewing loan documentation and coordinating loan processing activities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with loan documentation teams and manage post-close follow-up.
• Oversee loan exception tracking and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate third-party reports including appraisals, title work, and environmental investigations.
• Support construction lending activities, disbursements, collateral releases, and payoff preparation.
