Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Relationship Assistant in Dallas to provide operational and administrative support to Relationship Officers and Banking Center leadership. You will coordinate all phases of the loan process, ensure documentation accuracy, and liaise with title companies for reports and endorsements.

The role includes monitoring loan pipelines, processing disbursements, and handling third-party reports while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to build peer and team cohesiveness.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loan processing through closing and document accuracy.
Serve as liaison with title companies for reports and endorsements.
Order and review third-party reports (appraisals, title work, UCC filings).
Monitor loan pipelines, ticklers, and post-close items.
Process changes-in-terms, collateral releases, disbursements, and loan draws.
Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and bank policies.
