Wings Credit Union in Colorado Springs is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist I to handle member and vendor requests, issue notices, and assist servicing teams according to Fannie Mae, VA, FHA and CFPB rules. You will repair escrows, review loan documents, and ensure payments to contractors follow guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year mortgage lending experience; strong analytical, communication, and MS Word/Excel skills are expected.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of mortgage lending terminology and process flow.
• Knowledge of first mortgage products and investor servicing guidelines.
• Familiarity with CFPB requirements and lending regulations.

• Respond to member and vendor requests per guidelines and regulations.
