Wings Credit Union in Colorado Springs is seeking a Mortgage Loan Compliance Analyst to perform independent reviews of mortgage loan quality and regulatory compliance across the lending lifecycle. You will research evolving requirements, identify risks, and translate findings into practical updates to policies and training.

Collaborate with Mortgage Lending leadership, Compliance partners, and training teams to strengthen processes and support members.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• 3+ years' first mortgage loan experience.
• 2+ years' mortgage loan auditing/QA experience with lending systems.
• 6+ months experience in a Credit Union setting.

Aufgaben

• Conduct independent reviews of mortgage loans per agency and investor guidelines.
• Review loan activity across origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing.
• Research disclosures, rate-locks, HMDA, and other lending requirements.
• Support policy updates and corrective actions based on findings.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Mortgage Lending, and vendors to address issues.
