Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of loan operations or 2 years of banking experience, with knowledge of MortgageBot software and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, dependable and organized with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• High School Diploma is mandatory; banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and Outlook is beneficial.
• MortgageBot Software knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data completeness and compliance with standards.
• Guarantee on-time closing by completing pre-closing steps and preparing files for closer.
• Proactive communication of loan status to borrower and Loan Originator.
• Submit loans to underwriting for conditional review and full approval after DU conditions are met.
• Order necessary documents and follow up with vendors to obtain items in a timely manner.
