NBH Bank is hiring a Loan Processor II to handle FHA/VA/Conventional loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the workflow. You will manage disclosures, orders, and documentation while collaborating with mortgage bankers to advance the pipeline.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and local market conditions is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of retail FHA/VA/Conventional residential loan processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process FHA/VA/Conventional residential loan files within guidelines for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and send disclosures and manage HMDA/REGB requirements timely.
• Meet weekly with mortgage bankers to discuss pipeline and strategy.
• Upload documents into Encompass and maintain a complete conversation log in the loan file.
• Follow up with third parties to ensure timely delivery of orders (tax transcripts, appraisals, title reports, etc.).
• Maintain compliance with BSA/OFAC and bank policies.
