Bank of Utah seeks a Full-Time Mortgage Loan Processor II to support loan origination and processing from initial application to closing. You will work with loan officers to assemble and verify documents, ensure compliance, and coordinate closings in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of FHA/VA/conventional programs, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, Utah Housing and non-conforming loan programs.
• Ability to analyze IRS forms and schedules for cash flow.
• Familiarity with title commitments and resolving related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Performs initial file setup and inputs application data into LOS.
• Prepares and sends initial application disclosures after LO approval.
• Analyzes documents to determine required items for borrower loan; procures missing items.
• Indexes borrower documents into LOS.
• Requests AUS when applicable and reviews feedback for alignment with documentation.
• Maintains loan files for regulatory compliance end-to-end.
• Accounts for receipts and expenditures on loan files.
• Learns and applies income and asset documentation standards.
• Verifies credit reports and collateral documents to verify loan viability.
• Coordinates title, appraisal, flood certification, and closing processes.
