Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for client discussions and loan details.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and explain programs to borrowers.
• Evaluate credit and financial status for loan qualification.
• Pursue leads and contact prospective borrowers via phone, email, or in person.
• Determine appropriate residential mortgage proposals based on borrower profiles.
• Network with realtors, builders, and referral partners.
