Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Financial Sales Specialist with a verifiable sales track record preferred.
• Must hold a Mortgage banking license under DFI and NMLS.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to pursue leads and manage your loan pipeline.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivate life-long relationships with customers, agents and partners.
• Ability to earn trust and build relationships with all types of clients.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and other conventional loans.

Responsibilities

• Build healthy relationships with agents and applicants to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Attend industry events to network and generate business leads.
• Host or attend promotional events to promote products to potential clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, lending rates and regulatory changes.
• Explain mortgage approval requirements and present lending packages based on client specifications.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
