You will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals and work with our Bozeman Mortgage team to deliver comprehensive solutions. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of residential mortgage lending experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and active NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, required.
• 1–3 years recent residential mortgage lending experience, bank environment preferred.
• Active NMLS registration, upon hire, required.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Solicit mortgage loan business and build referral networks.
• Oversee loan transactions from application to closing with updates.
• Analyze income and credit history to preliminarily qualify loan programs.
• Present full applications to operations within 72 hours and ensure disclosures.
