Job summary

First Western Financial, Inc. seeks an Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Rock Springs team.

You will work to help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals, coordinating with the Rock Springs Mortgage group to deliver comprehensive loan solutions. You will develop a referral network, solicit new business, and manage loan processing through closing while maintaining exceptional client service and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of residential mortgage lending experience, preferably within a bank environment.
• Active NMLS registration, required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a referral network through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and community outreach.
• Spend 50%+ of time away from office soliciting new mortgage loan business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by overseeing loan processing and closing and communicating updates to all parties.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Present a full loan application with supporting documentation within 72 hours.
• Meet volume goals and attend required sales meetings.
