You will interview applicants, explain financing options, maintain origination records, and coordinate with sales teams in builder communities to ensure a smooth loan process.

A valid MLO license and a Bachelor's degree are preferred; the role requires occasional travel and overtime to support builders and customers.

Qualifications

• Interview mortgage applicants to educate on financing options and goals
• Maintain reports and notes in origination software and CRM systems
• Review leads daily and manage loan pipeline to ensure smooth processes
• Provide disclosures in a timely manner per regulations
• Travel and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Interview mortgage applicants to understand and educate them on their financing options available
• Be accessible to buyers and involved parties to answer questions and provide updates
• Maintain reports and notes within origination software and CRM
• Review new leads daily and contact them to earn their business
• Daily pipeline management from loan application to funding to ensure smooth process
• Make presentations on loan products in sales meetings and with builder communities
• Coordinate with Operations to facilitate efficient loan processing
• Attend loan closings when possible
