D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for its Financial Services Branch to promote business development, originate loans, and manage relationships with customers.

The role requires strong communication, ability to travel, and willingness to work with builder communities to grow mortgage services; bilingual candidates are preferred, along with a BA and active MLO license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required by state.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsabilités

• Interview mortgage applicants to understand financing options and educate them on available programs.
• Be accessible to buyers and involved parties to answer questions and provide updates.
• Maintain reports and notes within origination software and CRM systems.
• Review new leads daily and contact them to earn their business.
• Daily pipeline management from application to funding to ensure smooth processing.
• Make presentations on loan products in sales meetings and builder community events.
• Provide disclosures to applicants timely in accordance with regulations.
• Attend loan closings when possible and coordinate with operations for efficient processing.
