Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid Mortgage Loan Originator license where required. On-site positions require travel to builder communities and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Interview mortgage applicants to understand financing options.
• Maintain origination and CRM records and notes.
• Review new leads daily and contact them to earn business.
• Pipeline management from application to funding for smooth processes.
• Present loan products in meetings with Sales staff in builder communities.
• Ensure timely disclosures and comply with regulations.
