D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to promote and originate loans through its Financial Services Branch. The role focuses on educating clients about financing options, building relationships, and guiding borrowers through the loan process.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid Mortgage Loan Originator license where required. On-site positions require travel to builder communities and customer sites.

Mansioni

• Interview mortgage applicants to understand financing options.
• Maintain origination and CRM records and notes.
• Review new leads daily and contact them to earn business.
• Pipeline management from application to funding for smooth processes.
• Present loan products in meetings with Sales staff in builder communities.
• Ensure timely disclosures and comply with regulations.
