D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to promote business development, originate loans, and manage client relationships within the Financial Services Branch. The role involves educating borrowers on financing options and guiding them through the loan process.

The candidate will work with builder communities and Sales staff, handling disclosures and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining professional conduct and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Interview mortgage applicants to understand and educate them on financing options.
• Daily pipeline management from loan application to funding to ensure a smooth process.
• Make presentations on loan products in sales meetings and builder community events.
• Provide disclosures to loan applicants in a timely manner and ensure regulatory compliance.
