Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Possess general mortgage banking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Interview mortgage applicants to understand their financing options.
• Be accessible to buyers for answers and updates.
• Maintain reports within the origination software.
• Review new leads and contact them.
• Manage loan application to funding process.
• Make presentations on loan products in sales meetings.
• Respond to Operations for an efficient loan process.
• Provide timely disclosures to loan applicants.
