Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in residential mortgage lending and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position offers a commission-only compensation structure and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recent residential mortgage lending experience within a bank environment.
• Solid understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements, including the SAFE Act, Dodd‑Frank, and TILA.
• NMLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Originate first mortgage loans and meet individual annual sales goals.
• Develop a referral network through prospecting and community outreach.
• Manage loan transactions from processing through to closing.
