Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Mortgage Banker I in Jackson, Wyoming, to generate mortgage loan production from referrals and banking center leads. You will originate first mortgage products and build referral partnerships, while aligning priorities with client experience, compliance, and operations.

You will monitor market trends, develop your book of business, and service NBH Bank clients with integrity and professionalism. Travel may be required to serve clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Finance or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of residential mortgage banking experience.
• Must be registered and licensed in NMLS as required by SAFÉ Act.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage loan production from referrals, realtors, builders, and leads.
• Originate first mortgage loan products and develop referral partner relationships with NBH Banking Center.
• Monitor marketplace competition and trends to inform sales strategy.
• Identify referral sources and expand NBH Bank's client relationships.
• Build and service a book of business with high-quality client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and NBH policies.
