Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and documents progress.
• Structures loans to comply with regulations and lending practices.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and maintains referral networks.
• Answers calls and discusses loan products with customers.
• Cross-sells bank products to grow business.
• Reads surveys and appraisals, and corrects issues as needed.
• Engages in networking to promote loan products.
