Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year mortgage lending experience.
• Abundant mortgage experience in developing external business via referrals.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates loan progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and target networks including realtors and builders.
• Makes sales calls to develop or retain customers and cross-sell bank products.
