Job summary

A&D Mortgage LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Mortgage Loan Operations Specialist to track down and manage missing documents after loan closings. You will contact title companies, escrow agents, and closing attorneys to obtain items and ensure they are complete, signed, recorded, and meet investor requirements.

This is a full-time, office-based role in a modern Fort Lauderdale HQ with standard hours Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong work ethic with proactive learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude toward new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage missing documents after loan closing.
• Contact title companies, escrow agents, and attorneys to obtain items.
• Verify documents are signed, recorded, and meet investor requirements.
• Package and ship trailing documents to investors.
