Job summary

Clearview is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate new purchase loans, handle refinances, and provide Home Equity loan solutions. You will build relationships with members, partners, and referral sources while delivering exceptional service and adhering to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines.

Role requires current NMLS, 3+ years in mortgage lending, and strong communication. In-person work at Moon Township, PA with a standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Must have current NMLS number.
• Proven ability to explore solutions beyond the initial request.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Adaptable with willingness to learn new tools including AI-based approaches.
• Excellent communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage loan production and product sales.
• Review advanced loan applications and identify additional solutions with members.
• Discuss solutions in a consultative role as lending expert.
• Maintain knowledge of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Consistently achieve production and sales goals (100%).
• Participate in mandatory trainings and career pathing modules.
