Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation's Mortgage Administration team in Pittsburgh is seeking a Mortgage Banking Consultant to originate residential loans through internal and external referral sources, counsel customers on lending options, and support sales initiatives.

You will build internal and external relationships and provide excellent service. Responsibilities include managing the loan pipeline to milestones, collaborating with banking partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while

Qualifications

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to use general office equipment and a PC with job-related software.
Must have Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier.

Responsibilities

Builds relationships with internal and external referral sources to meet performance goals.
Counsels customers on lending options to meet needs.
Supports and facilitates banking partnerships.
Manages loan pipeline to meet milestones including documentation, closing dates, pricing, and compliance.
Provides feedback to management on process efficiencies and customer experience; assists with recruiting support staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned; acts as risk manager per company program.
Ensures adherence to regulatory laws and company procedures.
