• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates loan progress.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Establishes detailed marketing plan and frequency of contact with potential/existing customers.
