Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Experience developing external business via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and documents progression.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and contacts potential customers and referral partners.
• Responds to customer inquiries about loan products and qualifications.
• Performs sales calls to acquire or retain customers and cross-sell products.
• Reads surveys/appraisals and addresses discrepancies.
• Participates in networking to promote loan products.
