This commission-based role requires NMLS registration, strong sales drive, and the ability to network with realtors, builders, and financial planners to grow business. Office-based with potential relocation within Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mortgage lending and producing loans preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluate loan requests and analyze financial data for qualification.
• Maintain contact with customers and provide progress updates.
