Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Loan Officer Associate to assist Loan Officers and develop the skills to become a Loan Officer. You will participate in formal training, learn mortgage processes, pricing, and licensing, while supporting loan applications and client interactions.

This role offers growth within a Fortune 500 homebuilder renowned for its commitment to homeowners and communities. You will collaborate with Division Managers, maintain documentation, and help coordinate borrower communications

Qualifications

• Mortgage or banking experience (preferred).
• Ability to articulate product or service features, benefits, and value.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A genuine passion for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learning Development: Participate in formal training programs provided by the company. These programs cover various aspects of lending, including understanding different types of loans, assessing creditworthiness, and navigating the loan approval process. Train with manager on mortgage rate sheets in order to learn to accurately price and lock loans. Review various daily/weekly/monthly reports to learn the overall mortgage process from application to closing.
