Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Loan Officer Associate to support Loan Officers and develop skills to become a Loan Officer in the future. The role includes training, licensing, and hands-on experience in mortgage operations across application through closing.

You will work with division managers, participate in builder and realtor events, and maintain timely communications with borrowers via phone, email, and chat, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Learning through formal training and state licensing as needed.
• Support Mortgage Officers and learn pricing/locking loans.
• Maintain accurate data in loan systems and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn lending concepts and mortgage licensing requirements.
• Assist with pricing, lock loans, and review reports.
• Update loan applications and maintain loan files.
• Support business development with builders and realtors.
• Coordinate with officers on customer inquiries and meetings.
• Provide prompt responses via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist processors and closers with loan documents.
