Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Mortgage or banking experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal training programs on lending and mortgage types.
• Assist Loan Officers and learn pricing and loan process.
• Update loan applications and maintain notes in LOS.
• Develop builder and realtor relationships for marketing.
• Respond to borrowers via phone, email, or chat.
