Guild Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant in Frankfort, IL to support originators in building complete loan files and navigating the Lead to Contract and Contract to Close cycles.

You will set appointments, callbacks, and manage calendars; prepare disclosures, pull credit, and coordinate with clients and referral sources while upholding Guild’s standards of service and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
• Active MLO licensing required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong detail orientation and organized work habits.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-service oriented.
• Ethical commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Provide new lead callbacks within 20 minutes and maintain a 35% conversion rate from lead to appointment.
• Set and confirm appointments for originator and manage calendar.
• Provide administrative support, manage client databases, and send online pre-qualification links.
• Assist with obtaining 1003 and analyze credit and finances for loan products.
• Run credit and AUS findings; prepare Initial Fee Worksheet.
• Pull and prep web applications; update credit reports and AUS findings.
• Monitor loan timelines; send forms and disclosures; manage document collection.
• Maintain CRM data and provide status updates to referral sources.
• Quoting rates, communicating fees, and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
