Qualifications

• Active MLO licensing is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred with mortgage experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Provide timely lead callbacks within 20 minutes and maintain a 35% conversion rate.
• Set and confirm appointments for originator and manage calendar.
• Provide administrative support managing databases (lead tracker, MyCircle, Zillow).
• Assist with obtaining accurate 1003 and analyzing credit/financial scenarios to determine loan products.
• Run credit, AUS findings, and prepare the Initial Fee Worksheet.
• Prepare and submit loan applications and support processing with documentation.
