Job summary

Layton Mortgage, LLC is seeking dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business. This 1099 position offers a Branch Manager style income with overrides on referrals and a 200-275 BPS compensation on personal production.

Work from anywhere using our cloud-based platform and flexible remote setup. You will originate loans, stay informed on market trends, recruit and build referral networks, and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MLO license in applicable states (NMLS).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to originate loans through client relationship development.
• Stay current with market trends and regulatory changes.

• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and/or Wisconsin maintaining good standing with NMLS.
