Qualifications

- Proven experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans

Responsibilities
- Convert qualified mortgage leads into funded loans through consistent follow-up
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process
- Structure FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs based on borrower needs
- Review financial documentation and ensure complete, accurate loan applications
- Run AUS, review underwriting findings, and follow lending and compliance requirements
- Prepare pre-approvals and pre-qualifications, lock rates, and price loans according to company guidelines
- Manage the loan pipeline, meet closing deadlines, and achieve production goals
- Maintain clear communication with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, title companies, and insurance partners
- Build relationships with realtors, builders, referral partners, and local communities to generate new and repeat business
- Stay current on mortgage regulations, lending guidelines, market trends, and local real estate conditions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual loan production goals
