Layton Mortgage, LLC is seeking dynamic mortgage professionals for a 100% remote, 1099 opportunity in the Kansas City area. You will originate loans by cultivating client relationships, assess needs to recommend suitable products, stay current on market trends and regulations, and contribute to growth through recruiting and referrals.

Ideal candidates hold an active NMLS license and can independently generate business, with deep knowledge of mortgage lending practices.

• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and/or Wisconsin maintaining good standing with NMLS.
