Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to support our Loan Officers, LOAs, and Processing team. You will help move loan files along the process by verifying information, ordering third-party services, and following up on outstanding items.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage loan files alongside Loan Officers, LOAs, and Processors.
• Review and verify loan application information for accuracy and completeness.
• Order appraisals and monitor orders through completion.
• Obtain insurance binders and related documentation.
• Coordinate Verifications of Employment (VOE) including income verification.
• Work with third-party vendors to obtain required loan documentation.
• Communicate with borrowers for additional information or documentation.
• Provide timely updates to team members on file status.
