Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Collect, review, and organize all necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordination: Act as the primary contact between loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process.
• Compliance: Ensure all loan processing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
• Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan processing stage.
• Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in loan processing.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all loan processing transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed.
