Pinnacle Mortgage Corp in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to act as the liaison between Loan Officers and customers. This onsite role manages a pipeline of loan applications and ensures timely, accurate completion of all documentation.

The LOA will support one or more loan officers, review documents for accuracy, and help close loans in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years residential mortgage processing experience required.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing, underwriting and loan origination processes.
• Must be customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prioritization and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to analyze credit reports, income, and assets.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loan packages ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary documentation.
• Review documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Strive for on-time closings by completing pre-closing steps and submitting files to underwriting.
• Communicate loan status with applicants and partners (Loan Officers, Sales Manager, Partners, Underwriting).
• Other duties as assigned.
