Job summary

ACCESSbank seeks a Mortgage Loan Coordinator to support the mortgage function from application through post-closing. You will coordinate loan files, monitor milestones, and ensure compliance with bank policies and investor requirements.

You will serve as a main point of contact for borrowers and partners, review documentation, and help the team close loans efficiently while maintaining high-quality service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential mortgage processes and documentation requirements.
• Ability to review and organize borrower documentation for underwriting and compliance.
• Excellent communication with borrowers, Realtors, title companies, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential mortgage loan files from application through post-closing.
• Serve as primary contact for borrowers and partners to ensure timely communication.
• Gather, review, and organize borrower documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor pipeline milestones and closing timelines to ensure on-time closings.
• Maintain organized loan files in accordance with policies and investor guidelines.
• Perform post-closing reviews and reconciliation of closing packages.
