Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Ability to structure and price loans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships with borrowers to help them achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze their financial situations to recommend loan products.
• Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines.
• Understand the loan origination process and coordinate with support staff during the application.
• Input and upload application and customer information into loan origination software.
• Structure and price loans accurately according to Kind Lending guidelines.
