Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lending Manager for Chase Home Lending to lead a team of Senior Home Lending Advisors. You will drive mortgage originations, align with regulatory requirements, and execute the strategic plan to promote products to clients and partners.

You will coach, train, and mentor staff, build strong relationships with branches, and push for growth and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 5+ years of sales/mortgage/origination management in retail banking.
• Proven track record of recruiting and leading 10+ home lending advisors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with partners.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Leads client meetings with bankers to cross-sell mortgage products.
• Partners with branches to promote originations and growth.
• Maintains mortgage expertise and favorable client relationships.
