Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lending Manager in Chase Home Lending to lead a team of Senior Home Lending Advisors and drive mortgage originations. You will coach, train, and mentor the branch team while partnering with bankers to grow client relationships and cross-sell products.

You will navigate regulatory requirements, apply underwriting knowledge, and travel to branches weekly to foster growth and performance. This role emphasizes leadership and a customer-focused mortgage strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 5+ years of mortgage/sales/origination management in a retail banking environment.
• Proven track record recruiting, interviewing, hiring, developing, managing, and retaining 10+ Field Home Lending Advisors.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal partners.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds relationships as the internal/external mortgage expert for customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills based on financial analysis and customer needs.
