Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of mortgage lending or related field experience.
• NMLS License required or ability to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations with clients to assess their financial goals and loan eligibility.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, terms, and options with personalized recommendations.
• Answer inquiries on rates, products, and loan status to ensure quality service.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering documentation.
