Job summary

DLP Bank in Saint Augustine/Jacksonville seeks a Loan Operations Manager to lead teams managing loans from approval to service, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance across mortgage, consumer, and commercial portfolios.

This hands‑on leader coaches staff, maintains clean files, and prioritizes borrower satisfaction while partnering with lenders, credit officers, and branch teams in the local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years loan operations experience in a bank/credit union incl. mortgage and commercial or consumer lending.
• Two+ years leading or supervising a team.
• Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, Regulation Z, HMDA, ECOA, flood and BSA.
• Proficiency with core banking platform and loan origination system, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mortgage Operations: processing, underwriting support, closing, funding, post‑closing for conventional, FHA, VA and portfolio products.
• Direct Consumer Lending Operations: documentation, funding, and boarding for auto, personal, HELOC, and lines of credit.
• Supervise Commercial Lending Operations: loan documentation, closing coordination, collateral perfection, and loan boarding.
