Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will leverage deep knowledge of home lending products and guidelines to advise clients and collaborate with the branch team.

In this role you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote Chase’s mortgage solutions, and help clients navigate the loan process from application to closing, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media ads, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and works within reporting structures.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers; provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
