Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing efforts to grow mortgage originations, acting as the internal and external mortgage expert and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
