Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online inquiries and company-provided leads via outbound calls, email, text, and digital platforms.
• Lead effective sales conversations: build rapport, understand needs, address objections, and secure next steps.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture prospects and convert leads.
• Keep accurate CRM records, document conversations, and manage pipeline activities.
• Meet goals for response time, sales activity, and lead conversion while delivering great service.
• Learn mortgage products and processes through training and collaboration with the team.
• When licensed, guide clients through application, pre-approval, loan selection, and closing.
• Communicate clearly, follow policies, and protect customer information.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, closing, and real estate agents to move transactions forward.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts, outreach, and workflows.
