Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree in business, finance or related field; college coursework and equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and data to aid growth plans.
• Develop and implement growth objectives.
• Measure effectiveness of business relationship building.
• Maintain familiarity with mortgage industry trends and company policies.
• Build and maintain a realtor/referral partner database.
